This page explains what ProductionHelp.io (“we,” “us”) collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Sign-up: your name, email, password and account type (crew or vendor), plus an optional profile photo.
• Listings: business name, description, services, location, business email and phone, website and social links, logo and photos. Listings are public, so only add contact details you’re comfortable sharing.
• Job posts: job details plus the poster’s name, email and phone.
• Job applications: your name, email, portfolio link, message and resume if you attach one. Applications are emailed to the person who posted the job.
• Contact form: your name, phone, email and message.
• Cookies and analytics: we use Google Analytics and StatCounter to count visits and see which pages are useful, plus basic WordPress cookies that keep you signed in. These tools may collect your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How we use it

To run the directory and job board, approve accounts and listings, send job applications to posters, reply to you, send account emails, feature members as described in our Terms of Use, and keep the site safe from spam.

We don’t sell your data. We only share it with the services that help us run the site (like our web host, email and analytics), with job posters when you apply, or when the law requires it.

Update or delete your info. Email info@productionhelp.io to update or delete your profile, listing or photos, or to stop being featured. You can also reply “unsubscribe” to any marketing email.

18 and older. The site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes. We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
