Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and ProductionHelp.io (“ProductionHelp,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, creating an account, posting a listing, posting a job or applying for a job, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What we are. ProductionHelp is only an online directory and job board. We help people find production crew, vendors and jobs. We are not an employer, agency or broker, and we are not part of any hire, booking, payment or project between users.

2. We don’t vet anyone. We don’t check, verify, endorse or guarantee any member, listing, job or poster, including identity, licenses, insurance, skills or work quality. Approving a listing or job only means it passed a basic spam check.

3. You hire at your own risk. Do your own checks before you hire or work with anyone. Any deal is between you and the other person. We are not responsible for no-shows, poor work, unpaid invoices, injuries, damaged gear or any other problem between users.

4. The site is “as is.” We provide the site as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will be accurate, error-free or always online.

5. Limited liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, ProductionHelp is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything that happens between users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

6. You’re responsible for what you post. You are responsible for your listing, photos, job posts and messages, and for making sure they are accurate and legal. You agree to cover ProductionHelp for any claims that come from what you post or how you use the site.

7. Your photos and work. You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own it or have the rights to post it, and that you have permission from anyone pictured.

8. Promotional use of your content. You give ProductionHelp.io a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, profile photo, behind-the-scenes photos, demo reel and work samples to promote you and ProductionHelp.io on our website, social media and YouTube. We will give you credit and a link to your profile, and we won’t sell your work. You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you upload, including permission from anyone pictured. You can ask us to remove specific content, or to stop featuring you, at any time by emailing info@productionhelp.io.

9. Job posts. Job posts must be real jobs the poster is allowed to hire for. No scams, no fake jobs, no discrimination, and no fees charged to applicants.

10. We can remove content. We can edit or remove any listing, photo, job or account at any time, for any reason, including anything that breaks these Terms.

11. 18 and older. You must be 18 or older to use ProductionHelp.

12. Florida law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
