The ARVO approach to video, interestingly, is not unlike the philosophy that drives much of what happens with architecture in many Old World Cities – like Paris where – rather than tearing down everything in sight in order to build – they will often find ways to work with existing structures to expand and enhance and reimagine something old into something new.
