Cherry Pi Engineering LLC has grown far beyond a residential-only practice. Today, we provide civil and structural engineering services across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, including third-party quality control and forensic engineering assignments where accuracy, documentation, and professional judgment are critical. While many firms offer engineering services as part of a broad menu, Cherry Pi Engineering is intentionally focused. Our work centers on how structures and systems actually perform, how they age, how they fail, and how risk should be identified, evaluated, and clearly communicated.
