Colorado Springs real estate photos must be done with the highest quality. As a real estate photographer, I’ve watched the real estate market change many times. I’ve also watched many agents become and stay successful no matter what the market conditions are.
One of the things successful agents have in common are their real estate photos. They don’t compromise on the quality of their listing images. The quality of your images will either bring you more buyers or turn them away. Here’s what Forbes has to say about the quality of photos online:
“Consumers expect a first class visual experience when they shop or browse online, and they are rewarding companies that give them what they want. The numbers tell the tale:
- 67% of consumers say that an image is “very important” when selecting a product.
- More than 50% of consumers think a high-quality photo of a product is more important than product information, long description, or rating and reviews.”
The National Association of Realtors did a survey in 2018 and found that 89% of buyers who used the internet when searching found photos of a home very useful. That ranks higher than detailed information about the property (84%) and higher than real estate agent contact info (42%).
