David bought his first professional SLR camera while stationed in Okinawa with the U.S. Marine Corps. After being discharged from the Corps he returned to Indiana University – Bloomington to finish his business degree. Since his interest in photography had grown, he took elective courses in photographic composition. His passion for the art of photography has continued to grow through the years.
In 1992 David formed Q&A Consulting, Inc., an organization that assisted twenty-six U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions in upgrading from chemically based, photo driver licensing systems to the modern digital technology.
Using his passions for photography and flying, David has taken Q&A into the relative new technology of drone photography.
Q&A’s Aerial Imagery is donating its time and talents to capturing aerial images of all 83 churches in the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend. This project should take two to three months. The first church was St. Catherine of Alexandria – see the top three pictures under ‘Commercial.
